How do I request a refund for a course?
To request a refund, simply contact us via email at [email protected] with your registration details. Be sure to include your reason for cancellation and your request for a refund.

Am I eligible for a full refund if I cancel my registration?
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the course start date. A 15% administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.

How much of my course fee will I get back if I cancel less than 7 days before the course?
If you cancel less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fees (with a 15% administrative charge deducted).

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration less than 48 hours before the course starts?
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date.

What happens if WYN Academy cancels the course?
If WYN Academy cancels the course for any reason, participants will receive a full 100% refund, and no administrative charge will apply.
