Course Refund Policy

  • What is the refund policy for WYN Academy courses?

    At WYN Academy, we offer refunds based on when you cancel your course registration. Please see the details below:

  • How do I request a refund for a course?

    To request a refund, simply contact us via email at [email protected] with your registration details. Be sure to include your reason for cancellation and your request for a refund.

  • Am I eligible for a full refund if I cancel my registration?

    You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the course start date. A 15% administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.

  • How much of my course fee will I get back if I cancel less than 7 days before the course?

    If you cancel less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fees (with a 15% administrative charge deducted).

  • Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration less than 48 hours before the course starts?

    Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date.

  • What happens if WYN Academy cancels the course?

    If WYN Academy cancels the course for any reason, participants will receive a full 100% refund, and no administrative charge will apply.

  • Are there any non-refundable fees?

    Yes, the 15% administrative charge will apply to all refunds unless WYN Academy cancels the course.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

    Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

  • Can I transfer my course registration to someone else instead of requesting a refund?

    Yes, you may transfer your registration to another individual if you are unable to attend, subject to availability. Please contact us for further details.
