The WYN Academy Summer Internship Program, held from June 29 to July 13, 2025, in collaboration with the Scientific Center and Sumou Academy, successfully offered high school students a unique opportunity to explore careers in pharmacy, dentistry, and child psychology (ABA).
Key Objectives
- Introduce students to real-life healthcare environments.
- Equip students with essential soft skills and professional etiquette.
- Encourage confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Due to the high demand and success of the program, the Summer Internship will now be conducted annually, expanding further to include additional medical specialties and broader opportunities for aspiring healthcare professionals.

Social Innovation in Health (SIHI) Projects:
Students explored community-driven, people-centered approaches to healthcare, focusing on inclusive and locally driven solutions. Guided by SIHI facilitators and mentors, they worked in groups to tackle real health challenges, learning to frame problems, co-create solutions, and pitch ideas based on innovation, feasibility, equity, relevance, and teamwork.
The SIHI component added a unique layer to the program, empowering students to not only observe healthcare in action but also reimagine how it could be improved.
